Motorcyclist Killed In La Mesa I-8 Crash

LA MESA, Calif. -- A motorcyclist died Wednesday morning in a crash on Interstate 8 in the La Mesa area, authorities said.The crash on westbound I-8 connector to northbound state Route 125 was reported at 5:12 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, the CHP reported. County coroner officials were summoned to the scene.
