One Person Rescued From Encinitas Cliff
Search Continues For Second Person Who May Have Fallen

SAN DIEGO -- Firefighters rescued a man from a cliff in Encinitas Tuesday morning, 10News reported.San Diego County Sheriff's deputies said they responded to complaints about a group of intoxicated people at the swimming pool of the Pacific Panorama Apartments about 5:30 a.m.Deputies said when they arrived, one man left through a side gate and tried to climb down the steep cliff.According to Rancho Fire personnel and lifeguards, the man was about 30 feet down the cliff before being rescued shortly after 7 a.m.No information regarding arrests or citations was provided.
