SAN DIEGO -- Three more deaths in San Diego County have been linked to the swine flu pandemic, and two of the people had no known underlying medical conditions, county health officials reported Wednesday.The victims were a 32-year-old man, a 33-year-old woman and a 49-year-old woman, according to the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency.Only the older woman had underlying medical conditions, according to county health officials.To date, there have been 1,005 confirmed cases of H1N1 influenza in San Diego County, including 16 deaths, according to the HHSA.County health officials again encouraged people to stay home from work or school if they have influenza-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue.Those with underlying medical conditions experiencing influenza-like symptoms should contact their doctor, according to the HHSA.
