SAN DIEGO -- Cecillio Zamora sold mobile homes and took his customers' down payments but then the money vanished, District Attorney Valerie Tanney said. Now he's being held accountable."We're concerned that the defendant will be a flight risk and more damage to the community will be done," district attorney Valerie Tanney said. "As a result victims don't have their money, they don't have title, and lean holders have not been paid."Tanney said her office is now talking with nearly a dozen victims and believes Zamora's business practices have cost his customers between $600,000 and $800,000.Zamora will remain in jail until he can post $100,000 bail and prove the money with which he's he’s posting didn’t come from any victims.
