SAN DIEGO - A man is in the hospital Monday after he was stabbed while leaving a house party.
The 20-year-old man was walking along the boardwalk in Pacific Beach Sunday night.
He told police he got into an argument with a man in his 40s, who was walking his dog.
The man with the dog pulled out a pocket knife, stabbed the 20-year-old and ran off.
The man who was stabbed is expected to recover.
