Two masked men robbed a Carmel Mountain Ranch gas station of cash and cigarettes early Friday, police said.
The robbery at the Shell gas station at 11815 Carmel Mountain Road was reported at 1 a.m., according to San Diego police Officer David Stafford.
A 25-year-old clerk was grabbed by the thieves during the robbery but not injured, Stafford said in a statement.
