Two people were killed in a crash near Julian early Sunday morning.According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at about 1:05 a.m. on Pine Ridge Avenue near Julian.The CHP said the car hit a sign, went down a 100-foot embankment and rolled several times.A man and a woman were thrown from the car and pronounced dead at the scene. Their names were not released.A 10News viewer said the young man was a 2010 graduate of Julian High School and was traveling with his older brother's girlfriend.There is no word if alcohol was involved.
