Cyclist Hospitalized After Crash Into Parked Car

SAN DIEGO -- A 32-year-old man is hospitalized Monday with major head injuries after crashing into a parked vehicle while riding his bicycle in Stockton, police said.The man, who was not wearing a helmet, crashed in the 3200 block of J Street around 2:20 p.m. Sunday when excessive speed prevented him from safely turning onto 33rd Street, San Diego police Sgt. Ramona Hastings said.
