Aaron Zendejas Accused Of Providing Kids To Suspected Pedophile

SAN DIEGO -- A San Diego babysitter accused of selling young boys to an alleged pedophile to molest and make porno movies with waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday and will stand trial July 20, while the accused pedophile remains at large.Aaron Zendejas, 24, was allegedly paid $150 to $200 by Jared Yaffe, 30, to provide him with a 3-year-old child in his care in June 2008, according to San Diego police.He also allegedly offered to provide Yaffe with a 1-year-old, according to police.Yaffe allegedly convinced the toddler to perform a sex act on him by promising to take the child to McDonald's, police said.Two videos found by authorities show Yaffe allegedly molesting the boy in an El Cajon hotel room.Yaffe, who remains at large, faces charges involving five children he allegedly used to make pornography, said Deputy District Attorney Matthew Greco.He faces up to 100 years to life in prison if arrested and convicted.Zendejas is charged with five felony counts, including kidnapping for purposes of oral copulation, committing a lewd act on a child, procuring a child to engage in a lewd act and production of child pornography.He faces 42 years to life in prison if convicted and is being held on $500,000 bail.
