MIRA MESA, Calif. -- A vehicle crashed into a Carl's Jr. fast food restaurant Thursday in Mira Mesa, but no one was injured, a fire dispatcher said.

The vehicle hit the Carl's Jr. on 10745 Camino Ruiz around 9:10 a.m., the dispatcher said.

The restaurant was closed while building inspectors determine whether the structure is safe, she said.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
