Man Killed In Ramona Identified

RAMONA, Calif. -- Authorities Thursday released the name of a 34-year-old transient, who was struck and killed by a semi-truck in Ramona.Jens Roger Noet was fatally struck on Main Street, between Fifth and Sixth streets, around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.He died at the scene.The semi was going west when it struck Noet, a transient who frequented the Ramona area, the Medical Examiner's Office reported.
