Chula Vista Man Wins Big Mega Millions Prize

CHULA VISTA, Calif. -- A phone company technician has claimed his $168,260 Mega Millions prize.Kevin Olson's ticket hit five of the six winning numbers in the December 20, 2008 draw, missing only the Mega number.Olson said he plans to use the $168,270 windfall to do the smart thing - pay bills and invest.
The winning ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven that is located at 1482 Hilltop Drive in Chula Vista.
