Man Stabbed During Fight

SAN DIEGO -- An 18-year-old man who got into a fight with a group of teenagers was stabbed early Saturday morning in Hillcrest, police said. The victim, who was walking in the 1700 block of Rosecrans Street with friends just after midnight, encountered a group of four teenagers, exchanged words and a started fighting, San Diego police Sgt. Rich Nemetz said.
The man was taken to Mercy Hospital and expected to be OK.
