SAN DIEGO -- The collapse of a pedestrian walkway in the East Village was caught on tape, 10News reported.Surveillance cameras from Father Joe's Villages captured the incident that injured 16 people.The collapse happened last Thursday at an affordable housing project on 16th Street and Imperial Avenue.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the walkway collapse.
