Courts and most San Diego city, county and state offices will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day.

Libraries, community and recreation centers will be closed, but municipal pools, parks and golf courses will stay open. Balboa Park museums that operate on Mondays will be open.

The Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center will be open, but the Tecolote Nature Center will be closed.

The city's Miramar Landfill will open at 7:30 a.m. Monday, a half-hour later than normal.

There will be no San Diego City Council meeting.

All county parks will remain open. However, the county Department of Parks and Recreation reservations desk will be closed as well as all teen and community centers.

There will be no mail delivery.

Garbage pickups in the city will be delayed one day all week following the Labor Day holiday. Garbage and recycling collection will return to the normal schedule on Sept. 8.

Curbside parking meters in San Diego will not be enforced.
