Police Seek Auto Shop Robbers

SAN DIEGO -- San Diego police searched Thursday for three men who robbed The Bumper Doc auto body shop at gunpoint in Kearny Mesa.The robbery at 3727 Convoy St. was reported at 12:49 p.m. Wednesday, San Diego police Sgt. Kerry Tom said.One of the bandits is a white male in his 30s who was last seen wearing a brown Hawaiian shirt tucked into black slacks. The other two bandits are Latino, also in their 30s, and were last seen wearing white shirts. One wore a blue shirt over his shoulders and the other carried a small handgun, possibly a .22 caliber, Tom said.
No injuries were reported.
