Second Rider Faces Charges In Graduation Disruption

LAKESIDE, Calif. -- A second young man suspected of disrupting El Capitan High School's graduation Thursday by riding onto the football field on an off- road motorcycle was facing a felony charge Sunday.Alexander Rader, 18, was arrested at his home in Lakeside shortly after 5 p.m. Friday, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.Chad Leonard, who fell off his bike and was seized by the crowd, was arrested on suspicion of resisting a police officer during the Thursday evening ceremony.Rader allegedly off through a gate, and the swinging gate struck a 17-year-old girl, knocking her out, police said.
