SAN DIEGO -- San Diego police searched Friday for a cigarette-smoking bandit who robbed a kitchen store at gunpoint in Old Town.The robbery at the Kitchen Shop at 4133 Taylor St. was reported at 1:54 p.m. Thursday, said San Diego police Sgt. Kerry Tom.The robber, who smelled of cigarettes, entered the business and demanded cash from a clerk at gunpoint, then fled on foot, Tom said.
No one was hurt.
