A panga boat dropped off illegal immigrants on the beach below Sunset Cliffs early Tuesday morning.

Border Patrol agents discovered the boat carrying 15 illegal immigrants around 2 a.m.As the immigrants tried to make their way up the cliff, each was handcuffed and taken into custody.The driver of the boat was not arrested and the boat was last seen heading north.Copyright Do you have more information about this story?
