I'm not sure what about it you believe is inaccurate or misleading, but we'd be glad to respond if you give us an item-by-item factual challenge-what we reported vs. the truth of the matter. Even better, if in doing so you copy all those on your initial release list in an open cc, we can share our response with them as well.
