Qualcomm Stadium has turned into a shelter for thousands of fire victims, but the stadium isn't a safe haven for everyone.

Border Patrol officers were called to the evacuation site after reports of four men acting suspiciously.

Initially it was reported they'd been stealing.

When they were questioned, the men said they were evacuees and only taking supplies to their car.

Agents confirmed all four men were in the country illegally.

They were arrested and taken into custody
