CHULA VISTA, Calif. -- The city of Chula Vista and the Otay Water District are being sued by people who drank reclaimed water at a South Bay business park.Sixty plaintiffs from 10 businesses in the Fenton Business Center have filed claims against the two agencies. In August, it was learned that recycled sewage water meant for irrigation had been flowing through the business park pipes for two years. Some of the plaintiffs claim they now have E. coli, staph and bladder infections.According to reports, it was determined that an incorrect pipe was hooked into the water flow when the business park was built.
