State Route 78 is closed east of Route 79 in Julian.

State Route 78 is closed west of County Highway S-2 at Scissors Crossing.

Wynola Road is closed from Farmer Road east to Route 78.

Farmer Road is closed from Julian north to Wynola Road.

Local streets in Whispering Pines are closed north of Sunshine Trail.

State Route 79 is open from Interstate 8 to Julian, and state Route 78 is open from Ramona to Julian.
