SAN DIEGO -- Authorities are searching for a missing woman in the East County, 10News reported.

Brittany Hart, 24, was last seen on May 24 at a gas station in Santee.

Family members said it is unusual for her to be out of touch for so long.

Hart is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 105 pounds, has long brown hair, light to medium olive skin and has braces on her upper teeth.

She drives a dark gray 1998 Ford Ranger with California license plate number 6M91555.
