MISSION VALLEY, Calif. -- An active-duty sailor and his sister were killed when they were ejected from a motorcycle that crashed in Mission Valley after leading a California Highway Patrol officer on a high-speed chase, authorities said. Imperial Beach residents Christopher Williamson, 21, and 25-year-old Rachel Farrelly were pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck, which occurred about 7:15 p.m. Sunday, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office. The man was the lead biker in a group of three motorcyclists allegedly speeding on eastbound Interstate 8, according to the CHP. A CHP officer chased the lead motorcyclist, who accelerated to between 110 and 115 miles per hour, until the man lost control on a road connecting I-8 and southbound Interstate 805 and crashed into a guardrail, according to the CHP. The man and his passenger were ejected from the motorcycle and fell onto the 2800 block of Camino del Rio South, according to the Medical Examiner's Office.
