SAN DIEGO -- A San Diego court Tuesday imposed a strict gag order surrounding the Kristin Rossum murder case and threatened to move the trial outside of San Diego County, 10News reported.
Judge John Thompson summoned both sides to court and expressed his displeasure with pretrial publicity.
Rossum's father was apparently the target of the order.
Rossum is accused of poisoning her husband and mimicking a scene from the film "American Beauty." She is free on bail.
