Police: Boys' Fight Over Graffiti Results In Stabbing

A 17-year-old boy was stabbed after fighting with two other teens over some graffiti in the Teralta West neighborhood, 10News reported.

The stabbing victim was treated an area hospital Friday for facial cuts, said Sgt. Rich Nemetz of the San Diego Police Department.

The two wo male teens have been identified as suspects, but are not in custody, Nemetz said.

Police were called out to the 4100 block of Fairmount Avenue at 6:52 p.m. Friday.

The victim said he began fighting with the two others over some neighborhood graffiti, when one of them pulled out a knife and cut him twice, Nemetz said.

Although the assailants fled on foot, the father of one of them found out about what happened and arrived on the scene, Nemetz said.
