The site was created to decode office jargon and other phrases people use to impress others.

Some of the most recently added words are "mancation," which is a man's vacation full of beer, a grill and slabs of meat for cooking.

There's "yum-o," which you can say when "yum" or "yummy" just aren't enough.

And what about "shift expanders" -- this phrase refers to tasks delegated by a supervisor during the final hour of work but take three hours to complete.
