SAN DIEGO -- A protest occurred at San Diego State University against campus police after a Taser incident involving a skateboarder was caught on tape.

Joshua Gandy, 21, was riding a skateboard on campus this week when an officer reportedly warned him to get off.

Gandy allegedly resisted, and that is when police shocked him with a Taser.

An SDSU student captured the incident on a cell phone.

Campus police said the Taser was used twice, but witnesses said it was used several times.
