A 25-year-old Spring Valley man was found dead inside a station wagon in the Skyline neighborhood; and now police are searching for his killer.

According to 10News, a day after the victim disappeared, his sister posted a plea on MySpace.com, asking for information on her brother's whereabouts.

Within hours, Angelika Taylor received a phone call which led to the discovery of her brother's body inside his car.

Officers dispatched to the 7800 block of Shorewood Drive at about 5:25 p.m. Friday found the body in the back of the vehicle, according to San Diego police.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Gregory Harper, 25, of Spring Valley.

"Based on the condition of the body, the death was deemed suspicious," said Lt. Jeff Sferra of the police Homicide Unit. He declined to elaborate.

An autopsy was pending.
