We are all about excellent customer service, but as with any organization, there is always room for improvement. That said, I would still strongly disagree with the F- grade, but I understand we don't get a say so in that determination. I appreciate the offer of training, but I would like you to know that we do recieve CPRA training and take it very seriously.
