SAN DIEGO - A man is in jail Friday after reportedly breaking into a Stockton preschool.
Police said the suspect triggered an alarm at King-Chavez Primary Academy in the 400 block of 31st Street.
Responding officers discovered a broken window at the auditorium and found the suspect inside eating a sandwich.
Police said the suspect told them he was hungry.
He was arrested and taken to county jail.
