When it comes to consignment shopping Tri-State shoppers have dozens of options around town.   Megan Fenno of Cincysavers.com took us to 4 th Street Boutique.  It's a consignment charity shop in downtown Cincinnati.  The proceeds from the shop go to Dress for Success so you give back to the community when you shop.  In the store, Fenno helped us find a couple of deals and outfits including a dress, necklace and shoes for less than 30 dollars and a simple black cocktail dress for 25 dollars.  Fenno's advice for a black cocktail dress change up the accessories, shoes or leggings and you will have a couple different holiday outfits for less.
