San Diego County gasoline prices averaging $3.61 a gallon

SAN DIEGO - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County fell three-tenths of a cent Wednesday to $3.618, one day after rising seven-tenths of a cent.

The average price is 3.5 cents more than one week ago but 12.1 cents less than one month ago and 3.5 cents lower than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has risen six times, decreased four times and been unchanged once over the past 11 days, increasing 3.5 cents during that span.
