San Diego County average gasoline price rises to $3.70 a gallon

SAN DIEGO - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose nine-tenths of a cent Saturday to $3.709, one day after being unchanged.
The average price is 4 cents more than one week ago and 11.4 cents higher than one month ago but 1.8 cents lower than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has risen nine of the past 12 days, increasing 6 cents over that span.
