Saving The Songbirds
Loren's Field Notes
Too often songbirds are injured or killed by flying into the windows of our homes.
The problem is that the reflection of clouds and sky obscure the danger, and birds don't see the window.
You can help your neighborhood birds by getting their attention. Songbirds must be on the lookout for predators in order to survive. When they sense a predator, they will avoid it.By placing the silhouette of an American Kestrel on your windows, you gently convince small birds to avoid the danger. It will help save the lives of creatures which bring joy to you and your family.
