SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Looking for a little sparkle with that coffee?
Starbucks Tuesday announced the Unicorn Frappuccino will be available for a limited time only, from Wednesday, April 19, to Sunday, April 23, while supplies last at participating locations.
Sprinkled with a pink and blue powder for a magical hue, the creative take on the caffeinated beverage was, "inspired by unicorn-themed food and drinks that have been trending in social media," a Starbucks spokesperson said.
The blended drink is made like a typical Frappuccino but has a "bit of magic" for customers. When given a stir, the drink's sweet and fruity flavors change to tangy and tart and the drink itself will transform in appearance from purple with swirls of blue to pink.
