Background: Arthur is very affectionate and would gladly spend the day in the lap of his favorite humans. Arthur recently passed the Canine Good Citizen test, a program that is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. Arthur is currently living in a foster home, and his guardians report that he is the perfect house guest because he's so laid-back and relaxed. He is social with other dogs and friendly toward everyone he meets. 

During September, all adoption fees for all animals at the Escondido Humane Society are just $25 as the shelter competes for a $100,000 grant from the ASPCA during the $100K Challenge.
