For the "Pico de Gallo":
First prepare the "pico de gallo" by combining ingredients in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Add avocados, mashing gently until all ingredients are well incorporated. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover and refrigerate until served.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment.
