Judge Sentences Rental Scam 'Mastermind'

SAN DIEGO -- A man involved in a sophisticated rental scam is headed to prison, 10News reported.Anthony Zoccolillo and Robert Ramus were posting fake rental ads on the Craigslist Web site -- a scheme broken up by the 10News I-Team and San Diego police.Zoccolillo was referred to as the "mastermind" by a judge and was sentenced to two years in prison.
For his part in the scheme, Ramus received probation.
