California State Controller John Chiang announced Tuesday that an agreement has been made with several financial institutions to provide lines of credit to Californians impacted by the State's cash flow crisis. The Controller's Web site has also updated important information for individuals who rely on state funds for health care and education. New information is now available on the Web site for SSI/SSP and Cal Grantees to make them aware what affect, if any, delays will have on payments they normally receive from the state.
