SAN DIEGO -- Chocolatier Michael Antonorsi is the owner of Chuao Chocolatier chocolate shop in Encinitas.
Chuao Chocolatier is the only artisan chocolate shop in Southern California. Antornorsi makes everything by hand, without preservatives or artificials flavors. All chocolates are prepared on premises in small batches since these all-natural chocolates do not have a long shelf life. Antonorsi uses only Venezuelan chocolate blended with traditional French and Belgian chocolate-making techniques to create his chocolates.
Chuao Chocolatier offers a variety of chocolates including rich truffles, aromatic fruit caramels, and nut chocolates. Several box sizes are available, in the price range of $19 to $83.
