Tip: Mozzarella

Fresh mozzarella cheese -- a far cry from the packaged "pizza cheese" -- is a mild and sweet-tasting, white, fresh Italian cheese traditionally made only from the milk of water buffaloes. Today, however, most is made with cow's milk. It is usually packaged in whey or water and is often labeled "Italian style." The cheese can be found in Italian markets, cheese shops, and in some supermarkets.
