Tip: Storing Garlic

Store garlic heads in a cool, dark, well-ventilated place, such as a garlic cellar (a ceramic pot with holes and a lid); or they can be sealed in a plastic bag and refrigerated. Sprouted garlic cloves are fine to use but are less flavorful.
