Tip: Plum Tomatoes

Plum tomatoes are the same as Italian or Roma tomatoes. They have thick, meaty walls, small seeds, little juice, and a rich, sweet flavor. These are the best choice for salads or other recipes which benefit from less juicy tomatoes which will retain their shape after being chopped or sliced.
