(KGTV) - The next foray into the Star Wars' saga's standalone movies has wrapped production and been given a title.

Director Ron Howard has been active on social media throughout the filming, sharing behind the scenes looks at the set and crew.

Howard posted a special message for fans Tuesday to announce the film's progress, with a quick cameo by a popular character.

"As we wrap up production I just want to take this moment to thank an incredibly talented cast and crew for all their hard work," Howard started. "And to the fans out there, I hope you've enjoyed the pictures I've been sharing.

"Pictures I've been taking from the set of, can, can we even say the name of the movie?" Howard asked, before Chewbaka's arms come into frame holding a sign reading "Solo: A Star Wars Story."

"Solo: A Star Wars Story" is the saga's second standalone film, following 2016's "Rogue One." Howard took over mid-production after former directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller departed after creative differences.
