LOS ANGELES - Lindsay Lohan is suing her former collaborators on a clothing line claiming she is owed more than $1.1 million.

The lawsuit also seeks to regain control of trademarks associated with the actress' 6126 line of leggings and clothing.

Lohan's fraud and trademark infringement case was filed in federal court in Los Angeles on Thursday. She is suing D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries claiming that they have failed to pay her for proceeds from the clothing line and have breached an agreement to seek her input and work to expand the clothing line to swimwear, cosmetics and other apparel.

A phone number registered to D.N.A.M. was not being answered Thursday morning.

Lohan named the clothing line 6126 after the birthdate of her idol, Marilyn Monroe.
