A women's Halloween costume that first stirred controversy back in 2011 has made an unfortunate reappearance, according to the Huffington Post.
The website HalloweenParty13.com is offering a costume to customers that turns a serious eating disorder into a joke.
The site advertises their "Anna Rexia" costume with a busty blonde wearing a tight black dress with the outlining of a skeleton.
According to the site, "You can never be too rich or too thin."
Cherry on top? A belt that doubles as measuring tape.
The site is selling the provocative costume at a reduced price of $39.99.
