FINDLAY, Ohio - Donald Miller Junior looks pretty healthy for a dead guy. He went to court this week to try to get a judge to reverse a ruling that he is legally dead.
Miller was declared among the dearly departed in 1994, after disappearing from his home eight years earlier.
Hancock County, Ohio, Probate Court Judge Allan Davis calls it a "strange, strange situation." Davis ruled that Miller missed the three-year deadline to get the death ruling reversed. He says Miller is still dead as far as the law is concerned.
Miller's lawyer tells a local paper (Courier) the man doesn't have the resources to take the case to federal court.
