Arcade Fire, Muse, Outkast among headliners of 2014 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10AM

SAN DIEGO - Musical acts Arcade Fire, Muse and Outkast will be headlining the 2014 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, according to organizers.

The annual three-day festival will take place on consecutive weekends on April 11, 12 and 13 and April 18, 19 and 20 in Indio, Calif. -- about 127 miles east of Los Angeles.

Advanced tickets for this year’s festival went on sale in May 2012.  But any remaining tickets are slated to go on sale Friday starting at 10 a.m. on the Coachella 2014 website. General admission for the entire weekend starts at $375 and ranges up to $4,700 for a four person tent and VIP passes.

According to ABC News, the announcement confirms earlier rumors that Outkast members Big Boi and Andre 3000 were in talks about a reunion performance in 2014 to end their seven-year hiatus as a group.
